The scale itself is good, although third parties give it less accuracy than some competitors.
My problem is with the software you have to use. Their app isn’t great, and frankly, never will be. I wish I could just use Apple Health or google to keep track of measurements. They advertise integrations, and the exist, but they don’t work nearly as well as they should. Sometimes it takes over a day for my data to be synced, and it often requires me to manually open their app and hope it does whatever it does on the background.
None of this is a dealbreaker. And maybe this is still the best scale on the market, but it’s far from where ir should be.

I have been using it for a couple of months now and have watched my weight go down(with diet of course), my water and protein levels go up along with my skeletal muscle. After a month or so of regular use by myself and my wife, I’m generally pleased with the Body Cardio’s basic function of measuring weight and communicating via wifi with the App. It auto recognizes me, my wife, and daughter but we all have relatively different weights, so I do wonder how it would do at recognizing multiple users that weigh about the same. Setup of App and WiFi was easy.
My biggest concern, and reason for mediocre rating is that the Body Cardio’s enhanced features are heart rate and Vascular Age. The heart rate only registers 50% of the weigh ins. I can work around this by weighing myself right after a shower with warm damp feet, although be careful with really wet feet as scale is not anti-slip. This gives me a heart rate more like 85-90% of weigh-ins.
The biggest disappointment is the scale does not calculate a vascular age as advertised. It does take at least 5 measurements before the scale and software has a base line, but I have never been able to get the scale to complete more than 2 readings. I’ve contacted Withings support multiple times, and all the CSR does is copy paste the same support information as they have on their website, which I had already reviewed and tried. So the online support via email is worthless.
So if you don’t mind paying the premium price tag for weight and heart rate….this is decent device. But if you already have heart rate via a watch or fitbit type device as I do….then the added cost of the Cardio features is not worth it when they don’t work.

The scale is very good, similar to ones used in a hospital or clinic. It easily measures weight, BMI, bone mass etc. I like the information it provides because it’s much more than you get in a doctor visit. Especially now with Covid-19, many appointments are virtual or phone. I can keep better track of my weight.
There is a small calibration & learning curve. Since it’s digital, any movement is recorded, which can affect accuracy. Keep working with it to learn the sensitivity level. For me that took about 6 measurements. The app connects with FitBit & LoseIt. The self accountability is great!

I have to keep my scale in the hallway on a hardwood floor, and recently I’ve had other scales that would give a different reading if you moved it even 1/2″ from it’s spot. When this scale arrived, I set it up and then put a 5 lb. weight on it… and it read EXACTLY 5 lbs. The other scales gave weights that varied by a few ounces. I’m on a weight loss program right now that recommends that I log my weight every day for a while. This is the first scale I truly trust to give me an accurate reading each time I step on it. Also, the numbers are large ,and light up, so they are super easy to read. Highly recommend this scale!

What a joy to actually be able to step on a digital scale with a large read-out and an accurate weight. In addition, it’s slim, light, and relatively attractive for a bathroom scale. I’ve checked its accuracy against the medical scale in my doctor’s office and was surprised to see the numbers almost exactly the same. The medical scale had me weighing one-tenth of an ounce more than my new home scale. I highly recommend it, and if it stops working properly I’ll be back to edit this review.

I’ve owned Roomie TEC products for a decade. I decided to upgrade my Body scale to the new Body Cardio and yes, it’s a bit on the pricey range, but on the other hand – I will likely have it for close to a decade. Going for a cheaper brand or option doesn’t make any sense to me, if you consider that I’ll likely have the new scale for a decade. How much is $20 saved across 10 years? The scale itself is a nice upgrade from the previous models, measuring heart health now. I also found that it does the weight reading a lot faster than the old model. The Healthmate app has been consistently good for many years and it’s awesome to have 10 years’ worth of readings saved on your timeline.

Withings have some of the best health products, and that’s coming from Apple platform! I just love their app, it’s so great! All of the info syncs to my Apple Health app as well, and it’s both ways, so it gives good tips and sees trends on weight, movement, and overall heart health. The scale is super thin, much, much better than previous generation on which the little legs broke away after years of use. This one feels solid, one slab, will last long time. I also like that it’s USB rechargeable, so no need for batteries to be replaced every 3 months. I really liked the white color as it fits well on bathroom floors too! Love the scale so far!

Like low profile. Us older folks have enough balance problems as it is so being able to step on to scale without being
concerned is important. I like the large, easy to read figures. Don’t like or understand why scale gives different readings after stepping off, waiting, and then stepping back on again. Finally just focused on the lowest reading and used it.

I bought this scale after my old one was giving me different weights every time I stepped on it. I was worried about the accuracy of this scale because of some of the comments. So far though, I haven’t had any issues. It seems very accurate even when I check my weight multiple times in a row, it will always give me the same number. The design of the scale is really sleek and it’s very easy to read. It’s a great basic scale that does its job so far. I’ll update this in a few months to let you know if it continues to be accurate and holds up.

If you are serious about weight loss or gain–then this is the product for you. If you think–man I feel like I put on weight, this product will confirm or dispel your suspicions. I don’t care for the extra point system in the app, only because I don’t want extra work. I’m already meal prepping, working out, drinking 128onces of water and syncing to my Fitbit–I don’t want to do anything else.
The accuracy of the weightloss or gain stats is spot on. You will reach any goal with this scale. Just be kind to yourself

I have to admit I’m a little intimidated by the amount of information the scale can derive about my body through the soles of my feet (e.g. fat free body weight, bone mass, subcutaneous fat, etc.)
Apart from the bells and whistles, the scale appears totally accurate to one-tenth of a pound. The app enables unlimited users to use the scale to track weight along with 12 other metrics (which may be accurate but I have no way to independently verify my muscle mass or other esoteric measurements.)
The scale is attractive, easy to use, and doesn’t take up much more space than my two feet side by side.
Definitely would recommend it.
