The sale does great for what I bought it for. And the app is cool how it records weight. But the other items are a joke. It says I’m low on protein. I’m literally on an almost all meat diet lol. And it says my muscle mass is low. I’ve never been told that before lol. I can easily max out with reps almost any cable machine in the gym. So I’m calling BS. By the way I’ve lost almost 30 pounds in 2 months on the Atkins diet.

The accuracy and reliability of this scale are tough to beat. It’s very nice how it recognizes me and pushes everything into one application, that updates all of my fitness applications. Truthfully? I couldn’t ask for more. Everything this scale does, it does very well. I love how it connects to Strava, Zwift, MyFitnessPal, Apple Health and other things I use. The packaging was premium. It felt like an Apple product when unboxing. It is clear that there is a lot of passion that went into the design considerations for this scale.

I did TONS of research before I purchased this scale. I’ve owned other digital scales at similar or higher price points, and this is the best one I’ve found. It is very easy to use, and I love that it syncs to my phone and also into my Carb Manager App (through the health app). You can customize the display in the app. I have mine set up to display my weight (and progress), water %, bone mass, muscle %, body fat%, BMI, heart rate, and weather. The app has a dashboard where you can easily see graphs of all of your stats. One of my favorite parts is that after you set it up initially, it syncs with my phone without any additional steps or my phone even having to be in the same room. The scale also tracks both my husband’s and my results. Excellent product at a fair price.

I love everything about this scale, but the fact that we have recently had to put in new batteries every week. Something is obviously wrong. It worked great for about 6 weeks and now every week or two, we are replacing all the batteries. It is a shame, the profile of the scale very nice, it doesn’t take up too much room, the readout is clear and accurate and you just step on the scale. But, batteries are expensive and this scale eats batteries for lunch.

Easy to use and quite accurate. I love this thing. I pull up the app, I get on the scale and it tells me exactly how my weight has stayed the same or fluctuated. The app is super easy to use and obviously standing on a scale isn’t that hard, LOL. I just like to see the stats of what’s changed within my body weight so that I can monitor what I eat or how I exercise after.

I like that this scale is digital with an easy-to-read display. It is easy to set up and the app is great to track your progress if you have any weight goals. I weigh once a week and it records my weekly progress. I can add multiple family members in the app, however, it doesn’t like accepting members under 18, as I found out when my son (6 and thinks everything is a new toy) wanted to be added to see his “score.” All in all, I would recommend this scale for anybody interested in a breakdown of their body mass and other numbers based off of their weight and height.

It’s pretty fantastic if you’re just wanting know your weight (e.g. doesn’t include fancy info like BMI etc). It’s nice that it verifies weight after you step off so you don’t have to do that initial starting up the scale before you weigh yourself. It’s sleek and the numbers are big and clear.

I like the look of this scale. Simple, clean and numbers are large enough to read easily. It uses 3 AAA batteries, which it comes with. This isn’t your typical scale. I like that it uses 4 weighing sensors that work together to ensure accurate weights. I found this scale to be very accurate. I love that this company gives back to charity.

I see a lot of reviews saying that this scale is inaccurate, but let me just say that when I correctly follow the instructions (place on a hard flat surface, gently touch the scale to turn it on before fully applying weight) it gives me the same reading EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Now that I��ve addressed that I��ll move on to the reason you probably bought this scale as opposed to a non-smart scale. Let me just preface that I��m not a doctor so take what I say as you will, but I��m convinced that the readings you get for BF%, muscle mass, bone mass etc. are horribly inaccurate. I��m 6��2��, weigh ~200 lbs, workout 4 days a week for 2 hours each session, I��m reasonably strong, and if you look at me you would guess I��m pretty lean and workout, yet the scale tells me I have a BF% of 29.2% which according the research I��ve done online is basically obese. So unless I��ve gotten a genetic gift from god for body fat distribution, then the scale is completely wrong.
But the scale does look nice and isn��t too expensive. I think the weight the scale shows you is correct, but if the extra stuff is a dealbreaker for you then don��t get this. Actually maybe just don��t get this haha.
