This is my grandmas vacuum she bought for herself. She is in her 80s. She didn’t know you have to remove roller brush and clean it. That’s why the hair got rapped around the very end of the brush and broke it. I discovered it when she said the lights wouldn’t stay on. So I started taking it apart and cleaning it. She really loves this very light weight cordless vacume. That’s why I’m replacing this part for her. I’m disappointed that it broke with in 6 months of her buying it.
